Please consider these sponsorship packages and choose one that suits your budget and needs. Most importantly, please note that all packages are flexible – we are happy to discuss with your organisation how best we can tailor our packages to suit your marketing requirements and budget. All prices listed are shown in US dollars.



Platinum Level     15,000 US-$

     The platinum sponsorship package can be offered up to two organisations only. This exclusive package includes;

      Organisation's logo on stage in the conference room

      Acknowledgement on official conference website (http://www.apmc11.org) with logo and hyperlink to organisation's website

      Verbally acknowledged with a recognition plate at official opening ceremony as the platinum sponsor

Banquet Sponsor     (10,000 US-$)

    The APMC 11, MST32 and AAT39 Banquet is included in all full conference registrations and promises to be a truly memorable night. ONE opportunity exists for an organisation to hold this special event. This includes;

     Your logo printed on all Banquet tickets & table menus
     Opening address by the vendor at the banquet opening
     Organisation's logo on stage in the conference room
     Acknowledgement on official conference website with logo and hyperlink to organisation's website
     Full A4 page advertising from the organisation in the program book
     Free registration for FOUR (4) representatives from the vendor attending the conference

Lunch Talk     (2,500 US-$)

    Lunch talk will be held on Tuesday to Thursday during lunch time. There are only 12 slots available for sponsorship.



Program Book Advertisement

     Internal full page (A4) advert 1,000 US-Dollars

     Internal half page (A4) advert 500 US-Dollars

Advertiser to supply print ready electronic artwork in correct format by 1st March 2016.



Poster & Happy Hour Sponsorship     (1,000 US-$)

    Poster sessions will be held in conjunction with Happy Hour following sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday i.e. only 2 slots are available for sponsorship.

Exhibition Booth     (1,000 US-$)

There are 40 exhibition booths around the conference area. This package includes;

     Your organisation included in the exhibitor listing in the program book including contact details and company logo

     ONE (1) complimentary full registration to the conference (extra exhibitor staff will be registered at full registration rate)

     ONE (1) standard booth



Satchel Insert     (500 US-$)

 Lightweight brochure (up to 4 pages; A4) or corporate gift (subject to prior approval by organising committee) in delegate satchels. We will require inserts by 1st April 2016.



Conference Satchel Sponsor      (1,000 US-$)

The package is exclusive and will only be provided to one organization. This exclusive package includes;

 Company name and/or logo, together with the conference logo to be printed on each delegate satchel
 Acknowledgement on official conference website with logo and hyperlink to organisation's website

Terms and Conditions

    The following Terms and Conditions apply to ALL Sponsorship and Exhibition Packages:

Booking Confirmation & Delivery of Benefits

    • All prices listed in this document are in US Dollars.
    • Applications are not considered until receipt of Sponsorship and Exhibition Form.
    • Acceptance of Sponsorship and Exhibition application will be subject to committee approval (please note that the committee reserve the right to decline applications).
    • 50% non-refundable deposit must be forwarded with the application form for packages confirmed prior to 1st December 2015, balance to be paid by 1st December 2015
    • Bookings received after 1st December 2015 must be accompanied with full payment.
    • Payment of deposit required at the time of your booking. Entitlements may not be fulfilled if deposit payment has not been received.
    • The conference committee and the organisers will take the uttermost care to fulfil all listed benefits.
    • Concern that benefits have not been met must be advised in writing to the conference secretariat prior to the event
    • All advertising material and artwork must be provided by the sponsor at the sponsor's own cost.
    • The sponsor is responsible for any displays and banners supplied and erected at the conference and must coordinate with Pheonix Co., Ltd prior to the event. Extra items from those listed in "Standard Booth" can be requested with extra charge to Pheonix Co., Ltd prior to the event.
    • Inclusions in the conference print material may be forfeited if sponsorship is not confirmed and payment received prior to printing deadlines.
    • Sponsors are responsible for the security of their own equipment and materials whilst at the conference.
    • Exhibition booth will be allocated depending on the sponsorship packages and on a first come first served basis.
    • Conference organisers have the final say on all booth allocations.

 



 

Cancellation Policy

If the Sponsorship or Trade Display Package can be resold to another company, the company will receive a full refund, less 50% of their deposit. If not able to be resold, the company will be liable to pay 50% of the total Sponsorship/Exhibition fee, if the cancellation request is received in writing prior to 1st December 2015.

 Any cancellations received after 1st December 2015 forfeits 100% of their deposit.

 Any refunds of deposits paid will be made after the Conference. All bank charges, including senders and receiver's charges, resulting from a refund related to cancellation of a sponsorship/trade display items will be passed on to the sponsor/exhibitor.
